North Central WV Community Action Agency

Over the next several months, North Central WV Community Action Association will be the recipient of several types of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds, more commonly known as the Stimulus Package. Under ARRA, North Central will receive additional monies to provide expanded services to low-income individuals and families in Barbour, Greenbrier, Marion, Monongalia, Pocahontas, Preston, Randolph, Taylor, and Tucker Counties in West Virginia. These expanded services will be delivered in many forms including weatherization, case management, family development, employment assistance and skills enhancement, and homeless prevention.

In order to keep our customers, staff, and the public informed of the services we will be offering, this web page will serve as a clearinghouse of information concerning our program plans, our use of the Stimulus dollars, and our response to the growing need in the communities we serve. Please check back frequently, as we will be updating this page to reflect many of the exciting programs we will be offering our communities in the very near future.
